The company is also authorized with the documents of the Directorate of Culture and Tourism TURSAB (A 15961).

Language Used
a. VİVA TRANSFER.com website provides maximum service in Turkish, English, German and Russian languages, and in case of disagreements and misunderstandings that may occur during this service process, the Turkish language will be the basis,
Service
a. VİVA TRANSFER.com is an intermediary between the seller and the buyer and is an intermediary between the parties purchasing and providing the service to individual and group customers.
c. With this sales contract, the buyer purchasing the service and the service provider are also in the position of the seller and are deemed to have accepted the responsibilities.
d. This contract is the contract made between the buyer purchasing the service (user purchasing the service from the internet) and the Buyer (the company actually providing the service) and is deemed to have accepted by the parties. VİVA TRANSFER does not accept any responsibility in service disputes arising from here.
e. The Buyer declares that he/she has read and is informed about the basic characteristics of the specified contractual service, the sales price and payment method, and all preliminary information regarding the service, and has given the necessary confirmation electronically.
f. VİVA TRANSFER Transfer does not accept responsibility for force majeure and weather and natural obstacles that prevent transportation during the service, delays, accidents, injuries, illnesses, hospital expenses, additional service and transportation expenses that may occur due to this reason, material and moral losses,
f. If the Seller cannot provide the service due to force majeure, the BUYER may exercise one of the rights to cancel the order regardless of the general cancellation rules or to postpone the service subject to the contract until the obstacle is eliminated. In the event that the BUYER cancels the order in accordance with the specified conditions, the amount paid shall be paid in a lump sum to the account from which the payment was made within 15 days after the NET SERVICE FEE and legal deductions.
g. VİVA TRANSFER.com may subcontract the service in order to provide this service. Under the specified conditions, it may have it done by another company or third parties, institutions or organizations from which it receives services under contract.
Service receiving process
a. VİVA TRANSFER.com sells the transportation and transfer services of service providers.
b. In the event that the relevant bank or financial institution does not pay the product price to VİVA TRANSFER.com due to the unfair or illegal use of the BUYER's credit card by unauthorized persons for reasons not caused by the BUYER's fault after the service is provided with this contract, the BUYER agrees in advance to make a new payment to the VİVA TRANSFER.com account within three (3) days, provided that the service has been delivered.
c. The transfer voucher belonging to VİVA TRANSFER.com must be shown to the service provider during the service reception and the information for the return transfer must be checked, if there are any errors, they must be corrected, this responsibility belongs entirely to the BUYER. The BUYER is fully responsible for specifying the return time, how long it will take to go, and the return meeting time.
d. We recommend all our customers to read this agreement carefully.
Responsibility during payment
VİVA TRANSFER Transfer provides the infrastructure for maximum secure shopping with the necessary SSL security certificates for credit card payments. However, it does not accept responsibility for illegal transactions such as card theft, extra money withdrawals, virus and pop-up methods that may occur in credit card payments.
Cancellation - Changes
All changes and cancellations must be notified to the VİVA TRANSFER Transfer office by e-mail or fax. In case of cancellations specified 48 hours before the first transfer service, the entire transfer fee is paid to the Recipient. In case of cancellations specified between 48-24 hours before the first transfer service, 50% of the specified service fee is refunded. In case of cancellations less than 24 hours before the transfer and service period, the specified service fee will not be refunded. All changes must be reported via e-mail to info@antalyavivatransfer.com, changes include changes made up to 24 hours before the specified service date and no extra charge is requested for changes made up to 24 hours before the date, time, meeting time, pick-up time, changes made within 24 hours, extra charge is requested for changes made within less than 24 hours depending on the availability of the service provider and the feasibility of the change.
Responsibilities
a. Since VİVA TRANSFER Transfer sells the product of the service provider, VİVA TRANSFER Transfer does not accept responsibility for product defects and is not the addressee.
b. VİVA TRANSFER Transfer does not accept responsibility for lost items, extra fee payments, delays, accidents, injuries, missing the plane due to force majeure, meeting at a late pick-up time, extra hospital expenses, accommodation expenses, extra transportation expenses during the service, the buyer and the service provider and the insurances of the parties are responsible for this matter. Likewise, VİVA TRANSFER Transfer employees, managers, representatives are not directly responsible in these cases.
c. The Recipient is responsible for filling in the transfer and service information themselves and in all the delays and disputes arising from the specified meeting time, meeting place, pick-up time (at least 1 hour before for domestic flights - at least 2 hours before for international flights at the airports), transfer and service period, pick-up place, the Recipient is responsible and cannot claim extra fee, material and moral loss for these situations, all this information is filled in by the Recipient and followed up by the Recipient receiving the service.
d. Service providers value being at the meeting time and place, but this is never guaranteed, extra expenses, payments, extra service and transportation expenses arising from this are not accepted
e. The waiting time at the airport for the specified service is limited to a maximum of 45 minutes for domestic flights and a maximum of 60 minutes for international flights. There is a maximum waiting time of 15 minutes from the specified date and time for return or hotel-address pickup, from this moment onwards the buyer cannot claim any rights, no refund will be made.
f. Filling in the transfer information is the responsibility of the buyer, and the buyer is responsible for being late, not receiving additional service, missing the airline flight due to this specified information.
h. Filling in the transfer and service information is the buyer's responsibility, and the service provider is not responsible for not being able to find the hotel and address or being late due to this reason. The buyer is also responsible for any additional transportation and service expenses that may occur due to this reason.
i. The service provider provides service in the specified vehicle category, but this is never guaranteed, for this reason the service provider reserves the right to change the vehicle type and category.
j. For customers arriving at the service meeting point by air; the service provider is responsible for monitoring the airline's delays, but this is limited to 3 hours. In case of delays longer than 3 hours, VİVA TRANSFER Transfer should be contacted. An extra fee may be charged for waiting longer than 3 hours. If not accepted by the Recipient, the service will not be provided.
k. The meeting and waiting time with the Recipient at the time and place of return and meeting (Hotel-address-home) is limited to 15 minutes, the Recipient who does not come within this period loses the right to service and no refund will be made, in such cases, the Recipient is responsible for reasons such as customer services not being able to reach you (mobile phone).
All vehicles to be used for the specified services are the responsibility of the service provider to provide the service with vehicles whose legal responsibilities and authorizations have been fulfilled.
Content change in the contract and on the website
VİVA TRANSFER Transfer reserves the right to make changes to all articles of this contract and the price and information on the site and can make these changes at any time, users are deemed to have accepted these changes without additional notification.
VİVA TRANSFER Transfer, as a result of breach of contract, tort, negligence or other reasons; does not accept any responsibility for the interruption of the transaction, error, negligence, interruption, deletion, loss, delay of the transaction or communication, computer virus, communication error, theft, destruction or unauthorized entry into the records, change or use.
VİVA TRANSFER Transfer agrees that it will not use the terms of this agreement in illegal and unlawful actions, and the user is deemed to have accepted these terms by using the website or purchasing the service. In the implementation of this agreement, Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts in the place of residence of VİVA TRANSFER Transfer (ANTALYAVİVA TURİZM İNŞAAT SAN.VE TİC.LTD.ŞTİ) are authorized up to the value declared by the Ministry of Industry and Trade.
